Our cooperative was established for the economic upliftment of members and the development of the community. We provide transparent, accountable and member-oriented financial services. The core purpose of the organization is to empower every member financially and improve their quality of life through access to fair and reliable services.
The organization has been playing an important role in improving the living standards of thousands of members through savings, loans, and other financial services. Our service area has expanded from the local level and we continuously adopt new technologies and approaches, always keeping member convenience at the center of everything we do.
Giving special priority to women, youth and marginalized groups, our organization has been running financial literacy programs and awareness campaigns. Grounded in cooperative principles, we work for the benefit of one another and are committed to developing the community through collective effort and shared responsibility.
In the coming years, our organization plans to expand digital banking services, establish new branches, and introduce more convenient financial products for members. We firmly believe that the cooperative movement can play an even greater role in Nepal's economic development, and we remain dedicated to that mission with every step we take.

आत्म सहयोग भन्नाले आफ्नो समस्या आफैं समाधान गर्ने, आफ्नै श्रम, सीप, बचत र सामूहिक प्रयासद्वारा आत्मनिर्भर बन्ने भावना हो।Self-help is the feeling of solving one's own problems and becoming self-reliant through one's own labor, skills, savings and collective efforts.
सहकारीको प्रत्येक सदस्यले आफ्नो अधिकारसँगै आफ्नो कर्तव्य र जिम्मेवारी पनि इमानदारीपूर्वक पूरा गर्नुपर्छ भन्ने भावना नै स्व उत्तरदायित्व हो।Self-responsibility is the feeling that every member of a cooperative should fulfill their duties and responsibilities honestly along with their rights.
सहकारी लोकतान्त्रिक पद्धतिबाट सञ्चालन हुने संस्था हो। यहाँ सबै सदस्य समान हुन्छन् र "एक सदस्य, एक मत" को सिद्धान्तअनुसार निर्णय गरिन्छ।Co-operatives are democratically governed. All members are equal and decisions are made according to the principle of "one member, one vote".
सहकारीमा जात, धर्म, लिङ्ग, भाषा, आर्थिक अवस्था, पेशा वा सामाजिक हैसियतका आधारमा कुनै पनि सदस्यमाथि विभेद गरिँदैन। सबै सदस्यलाई समान अधिकार र अवसर प्रदान गरिन्छ।No member is discriminated against on the basis of caste, religion, gender, language, economic status, occupation or social status. All members are given equal rights and opportunities.
समानता भनेको सबैलाई एउटै व्यवहार गर्नु हो भने न्याय भनेको आवश्यकता, योगदान र परिस्थितिअनुसार न्यायपूर्ण व्यवहार गर्नु हो।Equality means treating everyone equally, while justice means treating people fairly according to needs, contributions, and circumstances.

In cooperatives, collective interest is given priority over individual interest.

सहकारीका सम्पूर्ण गतिविधि, नीति, निर्णय, आय–व्यय, कार्यक्रम तथा योजनाहरू सदस्यहरूलाई स्पष्ट र समयमै जानकारी गराउनु खुलापन हो।Openness means that all the activities, policies, decisions, income and expenditures, programs and plans of the cooperative are clearly and timely communicated to the members.
